The Music Festival is also considered a creative economic instrument that can be encouraged to achieve a wider market.

“What we need is not only a cool festival, but also a festival with a mission. When there is curation, distribution network and cross -sector cooperation in it, that is when industry can grow sustainably,” Irene said.

The Kenenekraf also discusses the potential for long-term cooperation with the platform, especially since some musicians who have appeared on the event initiated by the platform received a tampin invitation on the worldwide stage such as Fuji Rock (Japan), Primavera Sound (Spain) and Asean-India).

The Ministry of Ekraf regards Axean as a strategic platform in strengthening the distribution and visibility of the work of Indonesian musicians, building industrial professional capacity and accelerating the export speed of music substitutes. This collaboration is in line with the vision to make the creative economy as The new engine by GrowNew machine growth.

One of the founders of the Axean Festival and Fujirockers Indonesia Satria Ramadhan appreciated the input of Vice Minister Ekraf Irene about the importance of strengthening thematic stories in the festival that can offer a stronger stream and more integrated experience for visitors.

“Moreover, the encouragement to collaborate with local brands and creative actors opens opportunities, so that this festival not only brings music, but also the diversity of Indonesian creative products shows the eyes of the world,” said Satria.
