Makkah (Antara) – The group of Amirul Hajj Indonesia led by the Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar left for the home country after the performance of the Hajj 1446 Hijri/2025 AD that runs smoothly and stable.
“We will not leave the pilgrims if there are still potential problems. But after seeing the conditions on the spot, Alhamdulillah, the service system is already going well and there are no problems that are principle,” said Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar in Jeddah, Wednesday.
Minister of Religion Nasaruddin Umar transferred a number of important messages to worshipers, especially related to endurance, safety and spirituality before he returned.

He appealed to worshipers, especially those who are members of the second wave and will go to Medina to not force himself to be excitedly done.
According to him, extreme temperatures with 52 degrees Celsius can have a serious impact on the health of pilgrims, especially the elderly.
“There are pilgrims who are Umrah up to 20, even 25 times. We do it once or twice. Umrah is rewarded, but not to sacrifice physical security and fitness,” said the Minister of Religion.
The Minister of Religion also reminded pilgrims to regulate their energy in Medina, especially for those who are planning to perfect the Arbain prayer (praying in congregation 40 times in the Nabawi -Moskeee).
“If you feel your fatigue or unwell, you don’t have to force yourself. Adoration remains important, but maintaining health is also part of the worship efforts,” he said.
Regarding the health data of pilgrims, the Minister of Religion said that the number of pilgrims died to date that there were 210 people. This figure decreases compared to the same period in the Hajj season of 2024 that reached 221 people.
This decline, said the Minister of Religion, reflects the improvement of the Congregational Protection System and Coordination of Health Services.
