Jakarta (Antara) – Minister of Housing and Settlement Area (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (ARA) added subsidized home quota from 5,000 units to 8,000 units for taxi drivers and employees with blue birds.
“I added 3,000 (units), so 8,000,” said ARA while signing the memorandum of understanding the director of directors and Blue Bird employees in Jakarta on Tuesday.
ARA said that taxi drivers were strongly helped by the subsidized housing program.
With an episode of RP1.2 million per month, continuous ARA, administrators and employees who are included in the Low -Inincome Community Category (MBR) can already have a private home compared to the contract.
“This program is extraordinary, especially President Pabowo is extraordinary to offer free VAT, free BPHTB, free PBG. So many conveniences have been given to all these drivers,” said Ara.

In the meantime, director of PT Blue Bird Group Adrianto Djokosoetono said that the company supported government programs for offering 3 million houses.
According to Adrianto, the program is also in accordance with the company’s vision to support the establishment of social well -being for administrators, employees and the community.
“With the support of the KPR-FLPP program, we see this as a concrete step that will have a broad impact, the productivity, the majority and of course the spirit of work will increase,” said Adrianto.
More than 2,400 directors and employees are currently registered with subsidized houses. The house is located in the larger Jakarta area.

Earlier, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and between Rosan Roeslani spoken with Himbara Banks Plus Indonesian Islamic banks and also with BTN to provide financing to housing that will be built later by the PKP ministery.
“We have more or less calculated until the end of this year, perhaps the RP130 trillion can reach, and of course we were able to run the scheme and this can run immediately,” said Rosan in a statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday.
This housing project is a very important project according to the direction of President Pabowo that must be supported together by all parties.
