Jakarta (Antara) – Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara reported the distribution of the 13th salary for the State Board (ASN)/TNI/Polri and pensioners were realized on RP32.8 Biljoen of the budgeting allocation of RP49.4 Trillion.
“This month the government started paying the 13th salary for the Central ASN and Regional ASN and has so far been realized that RP32.8 Biljoen is,” said Suahasil at the APBN press conference of June 2025 in Jakarta on Tuesday.
In detail, the 13th salary for the central ASN is completely distributed with a value of RP14.05 trillion received by 1.99 million employees.

While the 13th salary for ASN Regional newly realized 48.4 percent with a value of RP7.15 trillion received by 1.72 million employees. The 13th salary distribution to Regional ASN is not fully divided because only 264 of the 546 local authorities (Pemda) have made payments.
“We hope that all local authorities will complete the 13th salary of their regional ASN in June,” said Suahasil.
For pensioners, distribution is registered via PT taspen on RP10.25 trillion or 98.1 percent of the target and was received by 3.10 million beneficiaries. The distribution by PT ASABRI was registered on RP1.35 trillion or 95.1 percent to 474 thousand beneficiaries.

For the record, the expenditure of the state in the APBN are divided for the amount of RP1.016.3 trillion or 28.1 percent of the target of RP3.621.3 trillion. Although the realization value is still far from the target, given the first half of the year, the value has risen by approximately RP200 trillion from April the awareness of RP806.2 trillion.
