Tehran (Antara) – The Iranian Islamic revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, an elite unit of the land forces) said on Monday that Iran’s activities against Israel would continue to the total destruction of the Zionist regime.
“True Promise III operations and subsequent operations will be more powerful, more serious, more focused and more destructive than before,” IGC said in a statement.
“Those who support this criminal regime should know that effective, targeted and destruction of operations on important goals of this regime will continue to the total destruction,” he added.
Earlier in the night of 13 June, the Israeli armed forces (IDF) launched a large -scale operation called Rising Lion, where the Zionist Air Force attacked a number of goals and military facilities of Iran’s nuclear program.
The Israeli Air Force carried out various waves of attacks in different parts of Iran, including Tehran, where various senior Iranian military officials were killed, including the Iranian armored chief of Staf and IRGC commander, as well as different nuclear scientists.
Some nuclear facilities, including Natanz and Fordow, and the military position of Iran in different parts of the country were also struck by attacks.
The Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said in a speech for his citizens that the attack on Iran was a form of crime while he said that Israel would have a “bitter and terrible fate”.
IRGC stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran had launched real promise III operations against military goals in Israel in response to the Zionist troops.
