JAKARTA (Antara) – Indonesian women’s tennis player Janice Tjen bought the single and the double championship with her colleague Priska Nugroho at the Luzhou W35 ITF tournament in China on Sunday.
In the final round, Janice defeated Die the second seed single number, the host Fangzhou Liu 6-0, 6-4 in against the head First of all.
“It is impossible to expect a better week. Bring a single and double title to Luzhou W35!” Janice said through his social media upload, quoted in Jakarta.
In the meantime, the red and white doubled Janice/Priska won the Japanese duet Saki Imamura/Ikumi Yamazaki with 6-4, 6-3 at the top of the competition, Saturday (6/14).
“It’s nice to be on the field with @priskanugroho, let’s continue to fight for more,” said Janice, his partner called and then uploaded a photo with his colleague.
Janice’s heavy appearance continued with a smooth journey to the final without losing a set. The success in Luzhou also expanded the victory record, while contributing to the collection of the title of the Jakarta -born tennis player.
Janice still took a successive victory after he was named ITF World Tennis Tour player of the month before May 2025. He finished May with 16 wins and only lost twice.
Before he continued the Tour in the Bamboo curtain country to Luzhou, Janice won ITF W15 Manshaan last weekend, Sunday (8/6). He became too second place Together with Priska in a hard field tournament in the room.
Janice arrived in China after bringing two ITF W35 titles in South Korea. The Asian Games 2023 Hangzhou Ladies Double Bronze Winner with Aldila Sutjiadi won the ITF W35 Goyang and ITF W35 Andong Tournament in May.
He also reached the single number of the single number and won the title with a double number with Saki Imamura from Japan on ITF W35 Shake in the first week of May.
