Jakarta (Antara) – Dewa United FC will officially participate in the Pre -Season Tournament of 2025 Presidential Cup.
Unlike the editions earlierare, This year, PSSI invited two foreign teams, Oxford United (England) and Port FC (Thailand), around the side of four local clubs, namely Dewa United, Persib Bandung, Arema FC and League 1 All-Stars.
The presidential cup of 2025 itself will be opened at the Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta on July 6 and continued in the Sijalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung.
Dewa United Club President Ardian Satya Negara enthusiastically welcomed the new format. According to him, this prestigious pre -season competition is an ideal phase for Warriors phase to polish themselves before they appear at an Asian level.
“We are very enthusiastic about the Presidential Cup 2025, especially with the presence of Oxford United and Port FC. The tournament that has been rolling since 2015 has always been a benchmark of the willingness of the club before the season starts,” said Ardian in Tangerang.

After missing last season, Dewa United participated again thanks to the position Runner -Up League 1 2024/2025. Ardian considered this event crucial to test tactics and combine coherence before League 1 and AFC Challenge League rolled.
“Our target is clear, namely the use of every competition to unite the strategy and to strengthen the coherence of the team. With a new ammunition we want to form a more coherent team frame and maintain the rhythm for the official competition,” he explained.
“I hope that the presidential cup can later be a stepping stone for Dewa United. After the game later after the game, I hope that Dewa can seem more solid and confident when wearing the name Indonesia in the Asian Arena,” he said.
