Groot -Britain sends a team of experts to help the Indian aircraft crash research



Moscow (Antara) – Great -Britain has sent a team of experts to India to help investigate passenger aircraft in Ahmedabad, said British Air Accident Investigation Branch (AIB).

“AIB has officially offered help for the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, India. Moreover, the British AIB will have an expert in the safety investigation led by India,” said the institution on Thursday in a statement (12/6).

“This is in accordance with the rules of Appendix 13 ICAO because there are British citizens on the plane. We have deployed a multidisciplinary research team in India to support the investigation led by the Indian authority,” he added.

Appendix 13 issued International civil aviation organization (ICAO/International Civil Aviation Organization) is an appendix that regulates specific research investigations and aircraft incidents.

Earlier on the same day, an India Boeing 787 Dreamliner Air Easenger plane to London to London fell a few minutes after the airport’s departure in Ahmedabad City, West -India.

The directorate general of Indian civil aviation confirmed that there were 242 people on the plane, including two pilots and ten cabin crew. Local media reported that the plane crashed on the roof of a dormitory for medical student.

Air India then confirmed that 241 of the 242 people were killed on the plane in the tragic incident.
