The real estate sector is being renewed and contributes to current Virtual Reality. A new technology that will visit the floors without moving there. At least Vorror has understood this.
This real estate company has launched the first application where the user can buy, sell or rent his house to take advantage of all the possibilities of Virtual Reality.
Moreover, users will also find this app a social network, Vitor Showcase, where they can share their favorite spaces and decoration ideas through spherical photography. “The applications of Virtual Reality are infinitely and more in a company such as the property where one of the most important barriers that the user is, is the lack of time to visit the properties,” says Jesús Rodríguez Estrada, one of the founders of the Vitel.
The new application is available for iOS and Android, although the company points out that “in the coming weeks will also be launched for Oculus Rift.” The app has two visualization formats, the mobile mode, with a single screen to move through the house using your touchscreen and the Virtual Reality mode, which offers a compelling experience of the home.
“We have seen how technology transforms all industries and we want to lead that disturbance in the real estate sector,” adds Aitor Zaldua, the other founder of the company. “The Union of both has developing a pioneering technology on the real estate market, the first application that relates to all needs generated in the sales process of property where the only necessary element is the mobile,” the company says in a statement.
