Jakarta (Antara) – The Indonesian women’s volleyball National team captain Yolla Yuliana wants to win a victory over Mongolia to encourage the performance of all Indonesian national team players to be better in the next match at the AVC Nations Cup 2025 event.
“Finally we get full points and I hope this has stimulated our performance better in the next game,” said Yola Yuliana in a video uploaded by the AVC Nations Cup Instagram account that was guarded in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Indonesia won the first victory in the AVC Nations Cup 2025 event while silencing Mongolia with a score of 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-23) in Dong Anh Gymnasium, Hanoi, Vietnam, Wednesday (11/6) afternoon Wib.

Yolla claimed to be grateful for the victory, especially after the captain and his friends had three consecutive defeats from Iran (2-3), the Philippines (1-3) and Kazakhstan (0-3).
With another three points, Indonesia is now collecting four points and is rising to 4th place in the rankings of the group C.
Coach Octavian’s team still had to fight in one of the remaining games against New Zealand planned on Thursday (12/6).
“We still have to fight hard for the next fight,” he said.
Moreover, Yolla also transferred some shortcomings that the team had to improve to dominate the game in the next fight.
“We need more blocks, good service and raising attacks,” he said.
