Moscow (Antara) – National Intelligence Director of the United States, Tulsi Gabbard, stated that the world is now in a “nearest” state for destruction because of the Nuclear War.
He called on owners of nuclear weapons to follow the path of weapons and to prevent the global tension.
In a video uploaded on platform X, Gabbard told his recent visit to the city of Hiroshima, Japan-the first location in history convicted by the American bombing in 1945. He acknowledged the terrible impact of the nuclear attack on humanity.
“This experience will continue to print in me … Today we are closer than before at the abyss of nuclear destruction, while the political elite and war slites spread reckless fear and increase tensions between countries that have nuclear weapons,” Gabbard said.
“So it’s time for us, people speak and demand this madness to end. We have to refuse the way to the Nuclear War and work on the world where no one lives in the shadow of a nuclear disaster,” he said.
According to the latest estimates of nuclear researchers, the number of nuclear core heads was ready for use worldwide from 9,583 in 2024 to 9,615 in 2025.
In the meantime, the total number of global nuclear core heads now reaches 12,340 units.
Until June 2025 there are nine countries that are known to have nuclear core heads that can be used: Russia, the United States, China, France, Great -Britain, India, Pakistan, Israel and North Korea.
