Natuna (Antara) – Natuna Regency Government (Pemkab), Riau Islands, collaborates with PT Pos Indonesia in the distribution of Cash Social Assistance (BST) on the beneficial family (KPM) in the region.
The head of the Social Empowerment and Social Security Division of the Natuna Regency Social Service (Dinsos) Mardika was confirmed on Saturday from Natuna, said that this collaboration was carried out to ensure the distribution of Aid’s flexible, even and on goal, especially in the islands that have their own geographical challenges.
“Pos Indonesia has a network for the islands, making it easier for us to distribute, report and supervise help. This is very important given the geographical state of Natuna consisting of islands,” he said.

The distribution of BST is part of the program for the acceleration of extreme poverty gear (P3KE). In the first phase, this program focuses on 665 KPM with a total budget of RP800 million.
Every KPM receives help from RP. 200 thousand a month and direct assistance is distributed for the period January to June 2025, so that the received total per person is RP1.2 million.
Distribution to KPM was carried out in phases and the latter was held on Friday (6/20) in the Bunguran Timur district via the Ranai Post Office, which was also directly checked by Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan.
This help is expected to be used properly by beneficiaries and is planned to be given again for the second phase.

“This help is meant to help extreme poor people,” he said.
