Jakarta (Antara) -Ducati Racer Marc Marquez is becoming stronger at the top of the MotoGP classification 2025 after winning the Sprint race on the Mugello circuit, Italy on Saturday.

This 11 lap sprinting took place dramatically, with Marquez succeeded in overcome the challenges of his younger brother, Alex Marquez (BK8 Gresini Racing), that second and gastracer Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo) ended in the third position.

Marc Marquez, who started from the pole position with a record time of 1 minute 44.169 seconds, had lost the leading position at the start of the race when Alex Marquez led.

Marquez, however, won the first position in the sixth round and defended it until he finished, registered a total time of 19 minutes 47,321 seconds. Alex Marquez ended with a difference of 1,441 seconds, while Bagnaia ran for 2,561 seconds on the back.

Other racers such as Maverick Vinales (Red Bull KTM) and Fabio in Giannantonio (Pertamina Enduro VR46) complete the top five positions.

While Franco Morbidelli, Marco Bezzecchi, Raul Fernandez and Fermin Aldeguer also scored points. However, this race was characterized by the crash incident that Pedro Acosta, Brad Binder and Johann Zarco, who have not lost any points.

This victory added 12 points for Marc Marquez, so he now collected 245 points and widened the distance to 35 points about Alex Marquez in second place with 210 points.

Francesco Bagnaia remained in third place with 147 points, followed by Franco Morbidelli and Fabio in Giannantonio in fourth and fifth positions.
