The investigation began after detecting the case of a woman of Paraguayan nationality who had been the victim of a hoax to exploit her work.
According to the police, the woman in her country was captured by the marriage, which promised her “decent work in hospitality” in Spain.
Using her ‘extreme economic need’, hid the true working conditions and forced her to move to Valladolid.
Once in Valladolid, the victim was subjected to Semi -Vill -conditions. They demanded the payment of an alleged debt of 3,000 euros for the trip, although they initially assured that they would take the costs of the ticket the costs of the ticket. That debt gradually increased to 12,000 euros.
Initially, the woman worked in a Valladolid bar managed by a countryman of the marriage, where she made days up to 50 hours a week for only 300 euros a month.
Of that amount, he had to deliver 250 euros for a room that was provided by the human traffickers themselves, with only 50 euros per month for their basic costs.
Later the marriage opened its own bar and brought the victim about it, promised better circumstances.
However, I worked 73 hours a week for a salary of 1,000 euros per month, of which he had to return 600 euros to the wife of the marriage for debts, and 250 more for the accommodation, with which only 150 euros a month was left to exist.
The police report describes that the situation of economic dependence and insulation was used by the male to also subject the victim to sexual exploitation.
He promised him an employment contract if he agreed to have sex with him, so that women would regularize their administrative situation and have access to another job.
That promise “was never fulfilled”, but it was enough for the victim to gain access for more than a year.
One of the prisoners was released after he had declared the police. The marriage, the most important responsible for admission and exploitation, was also released and also released after his appearance.
The operation, called “Trasgu”, was developed by the unity against immigration networks and documentary FalsaDes (UCRIF) of Valladolid.
