Jakarta (Antara) – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigates the financial management of mining companies with regard to alleged satisfaction coupons in which the convicted person and former regent of Kutai Kartanegara, Eastern Kalimantan, Rita Widyasari (RW) is involved.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said that the investigation was conducted by researchers in investigating commissioners at PT Petro Naga Jaya with the initials RF on Thursday (6/19).

“Researchers are investigating the financial management of mining companies with regard to RW suspects,” Budi said when he was confirmed by Antara in Jakarta on Friday.

Earlier, during the investigation of the case, the KPK had seized 91 vehicle units and various other economic value objects.

The KPK also took five land packages with a total area of ​​thousands of square meters and 30 luxury watches from different brands.

In the meantime, the former Kutai Kartanegara is still raining Rita Widyasari a punishment of 10 years since 2017.

In that case, Rita was also sentenced to a fine of RP600 million in six months in prison because he was proven that the satisfaction fee received from RP110,720,440,000.00 with regard to the licenses of official projects in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government, Eastern Kalimantan.
