Jakarta (Antara) – Members of the army as payers at the Bekang Kostrad Cibinong for the Pelda (Purnnwirawan) DWI Singgih Hartono 2014-2021 were sentenced to nine years and six years in prison in two fictional credit cases.
Pelda (ret.) DWI Singgih was found guilty of committing a criminal corruption in two cases, namely case number 28/pid.sus-tpk/2025/pn jkt.pst and case number 29/pid.sus-tpk/2025/pn jkt.pst.
“The suspect is legally and convincingly proven to committing a joint criminal corruption law that is seen as something that continues,” said the judges of the Corruption Court in the court of the Central Jakarta, Superman, in Jakarta on Wednesday.
In case number 28, DWI Singgih was sentenced to nine years in prison and a fine of RP500 million that, if not paid, is replaced (subsidiary) by a criminal prison sentence for four months.
He was also convicted of additional crimes that pay a replacement allowance of RP49.022.049,042 that must be repaid no later than one month after the Inkrah decision. If it is not paid off, his property will be confiscated and auctioned to cover the replacement money.
“In the case of convicted persons, there are not enough ownership to pay the replacement money and then sentenced to prison for two years,” Superman said.

In the meantime, in the case number 29, DWI Singgih was sentenced to six years in prison and a fine of RP500 million in four months. He was also charged to pay a two -year prison prison prison sentence of RP5.569,640.217.
DWI Singgih in the two cases referred to by forcing data on the submission of Briguna credit requests to the Bri Kecil Menteng unit in the 2019-2023 period and to the Cut Mutiah Jakarta period in the period 2016-2023.
He abused his position as a payment interpreter at Kostrad Cibinong Bekang to falsify credit application requirements. Data from credit applications were made as if they belonged to members of the TNI who served in Bekang Kostrad Cibinong.
In the case at the Bri Kecil Menteng unit, DWI Singgih was accused of three other defendants to harm the state finances of RP57.05 billion. In the meantime, before the case at the Bri -Unit Mutiah Jakarta, DWI, together with two other defendants, cut a state loss of RP7.95 billion.

A number of internal employees of the bank were also convicted, namely PT Bri Kecil Branch employees in Nadia Sukmaria 2019-2023, head of Bri-Unit Menteng Kecil Branch for 2019-2022 Rudi Hotma and head of Bri Unit Menteng Kecil Branch for 2022-2023 Heru Susanto.
Nadia was sentenced to five years in prison, while Rudi and Heru were sentenced to four years in prison. In addition, the three were also sentenced to a fine of RP500 million in four months in prison.
Moreover, Nadia was also charged a replacement money from RP29.8 million that was calculated on the basis of the money deposited to the central public prosecutor of Jakarta. The replacement money to be paid by Rudi is RP39.3 million and Heru RP10.3 million with a one year in prison subsidiary.
Other internal employees who have been convicted, namely Bri-relationship manager of the Jakarta Cut Mutiiah Branch Office for the period 2010-2019 Okie Harrie Purwoko and Bri-Relation Manager of the Cut Mutiiah Branch Office in Jakarta period 2018-2023 M. Kusmayadi. Both were sentenced to four years in prison and a fine of RP500 million in prison for four months.
On the other hand, Okie was charged a replacement money from RP. 4.8 million that was calculated on the basis of the money that had been deposited at the office of the central public prosecutor in Jakarta. In the meantime, Kusmayadi had to pay RP7.2 million or a year and six months in prison.
