Jakarta (Antara) – The Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) of the office of the attorney General (suffered) managed to auction assets in the form of land and/or buildings worth RP3.9 billion related to corruption cases and money white (TPPU) of PT Asabri (Perso).
Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenpum) of the office of the attorney General Harli Siregar said in his statement in Jakarta on Wednesday that the auction object was part of the help of the East Jakarta district Attorney’s activa in the Corruptie Tjaputa.
The auction object sold was in the form of two land and/or buildings on Jalan Umakelod, Sebatu Village, the Tegalalang district, Gianyar Regency, Bali, with an area of 1,894 square meters with a limit value of RP2.832,300,000.00.
“(Land and/or building assets) sold for RP3.992,300,000.00,” he said.
The auction, said Kapuspenpum, was carried out via an online auction mechanism with a written offer system without the presence of participants (e-auction/open bid) via the official website of the directorate-general of State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu).
“The results of the auction will be dropped off at the state treasury,” he said.
Earlier, the Supreme Court (MA) rejected the assessment (PK) that was submitted by convicted Teddy Tjokrosaputro and stated that the cassation decision remained in force.
At the level of cassation, Teddy’s sentence from 17 years in prison from 14 years in prison was taken care of. Moreover, Teddy was also convicted of paying a fine of RP. 750 million subsidar for 6 months in prison and replacement money worth RP20.832.107.126.00.
It is known, Teddy Tjokrosaputro as director of PT Rimo Lestari Internaseal is the younger brother of Benny Tjokrosaputro, the suspect of the Asabri corruption case and the corruption case of PT Jiwasraya.
