Jakarta (Antara) -The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized assets in the form of a field of country and building with a value of RP3 billion with regard to the alleged corruption case in the management of subsidy funds for community groups in the provincial government of 2021-2022.
“On Monday (16/6), researchers seized a country and construction sector worth RP3 billion, reportedly the source of funds from the results of corruption in the management of Pokmas Grant funds,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo, then confirmed by Antara from Jakarta on Tuesday.
For the case of the case, the KPK called on a number of witnesses on Monday (6/16), such as the provincial parliament of East -Java MH Rofiq and members of the Nganjuk Basori Regency DPRD.
The KPK previously announced on July 12, 2024 that it had mentioned 21 suspects in the development of the research into the alleged corruption of the East Java Grant Funds.
Of the 21 suspects, four of them were mentioned as suspects in bribery and 17 others as bribery suspects.
Of the four bribery suspects, three people are government managers and another person is a staff of the state manager.
For 17 bribery suspects were no fewer than 15 of them private parties and two others were state managers.
