Jakarta (Antara) -De Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) cried East Java Provincial DPRD -Mohammad Nasih Achal (MNA) and Tuban Regency DPRD -member Mohamad Abu Cholifah (AC) Op as a Funde Corrupie van Javaa.
“The exam took place in the East Java Province BPKP Representative Office on behalf of MNA and AC,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when he was confirmed on Tuesday by Antara from Jakarta.
Budi further said that KPK researchers investigated other witnesses for the case of subsidy fund management for community groups in the provincial government environment of East Java for the tax year 2021-2022.
According to him, another witness was a housewife with the initials FSO, State Civil Apparatus (ASN) on the provincial Bina Marga Public Works Office in Oost -Java with the initials ADW, private parties with the initials ALH, MA, SH and NAV.
The KPK previously announced on July 12, 2024 that it had mentioned 21 suspects in the development of the research into the alleged corruption of the East Java Grant Funds.
Of the 21 suspects, four of them were mentioned as suspects in bribery and 17 others as bribery suspects.
Of the four bribery suspects, three people are government managers and another person is a staff of the state manager.
For 17 bribery suspects were no fewer than 15 of them private parties and two others were state managers.
