The position of the Republic of Indonesia in the war in Iran-Israel, PCO: Government supports peace



Jakarta (Antara) – The Indonesian government emphasizes its dedication to consistently support the world of world peace, also in tackling the ongoing armed conflict between Iran and Israel, said Presidential Communications officer (PCO).

This was transferred on Monday by the head of PCO Hasan Nasbi in his office in the Gambir area, Central Jakarta, responded to the position of Indonesia in the war Iran and Israel.

“The government has never shifted. In every conflict, the attitude of Indonesia is always the same: condemning military aggression, encouraging the calization and ceases -fires and calls for regulation through diplomacy and international law,” he said.

He stated that the three most important principles were the official attitude of Indonesia that was expressed by Prabowo Subianto in dealing with the situation of international conflict.

He explained that this attitude not only applied in the context of the war in Iran -Israel, but also for any form of invasion or cross -country attacks around the world.

According to Hasan, the principle is a reflection of the dedication of Indonesia to global peace and respect for international law.

“President Pabowo is always consistent. Everywhere there is an invasion or aggression, Indonesia always calls to immediately abuse conflicts, weapons are stopped and solutions are achieved by dialogue between countries facilitated by international law,” he said.

With regard to the impact of the Iran -Israel War at the World Oil Prices, Hasan admitted that the government continued to follow global development carefully.

However, he emphasized that the top priority of Indonesia in responding to conflicts was to encourage regional stability not to have a broader impact.
