KPK calls for director of PT Tirta Gracia Utama as a witness to the Social Assistance case



Jakarta (Antara) -De Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) called on a director at PT Tirta Gracia Utama as a witness to the alleged corruption case when purchasing the social help from the president with regard to the handling of COVID -19 in the larger Jakarta area.

“The exam took place in the Bandung Region IV PurPr Competention Development Center on behalf of CWU as director at PT Tirta Gracia Utama,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when he was confirmed on Monday by Antara from Jakarta.

For the investigation of the case, the KPK had called four witnesses on Thursday (5/6), including marketing staff at PT Multi Sari Sedap with the initials PR, director of PT Mitra Pangan Nusantara Anen Candra Tjen, director of PT Integra Mandiri Budi Pamungkas and Staff Regional Transaction Banking At Bri Adila Inal Almanar.

The KPK said that researchers investigated the basic prices of COVID-19 Bansos in investigating Anen Candra Tjen and Budi Pamungkas.

The KPK also said that asking for help from Bank Rakyat Indonesia/BRI (Persero) with regard to credit facilities received by companies with regard to the case when investigating Adila Inal Almanar.

Earlier on 26 June 2024, the KPK announced that he started investigating the presidential Bansos case with regard to the handling of COVID-19 at the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2020.

The research was a development of the case of alleged corruption in the Bansos distribution budget at the Ministry of Social Affairs.
