Jakarta (Antara) – Indonesian president Pabowo Subianto and Limited Delegation are planned to pay a state visit to Russia this week to fulfill the official invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Teddy said a visit to Russia was performed after President Pabowo attended a series of agendas in Singapore, including a bilateral meeting with Premier Lawrence Wong and the retreat of Singapore-Indonesia attended that took place on Monday (6/16).
Seskab Teddy revealed that President Pabowo in Russia will undergo a procession of official State in Russia on Thursday (6/19) and will hold a bilateral meeting with President Putin.
The visitor will continue on Friday (6/20), with the presence of President Pabowo as the most important speaker in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2025.
Teddy said this visit was part of an attempt to strengthen an extensive collaboration and partnership between Indonesia and Russia.
“And of course this shows that Indonesia is increasingly seen as a large country in the eyes of the world, especially in the midst of the development of various global challenges that are increasing,” concluded Seskab Teddy.
Earlier reported, Pabowo arrived on Sunday evening local time in Singapore to pay a state visit and attend a retreat meeting of the leaders with Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.
Foreign Minister Sugiono said that the meeting between the two leaders of the country would discuss a number of topics that had previously communicated on the Asean 46th High Level Conference (Summit), in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the end of May.
Conversations will be aimed at strengthening bilateral relationships and cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore, with the emphasis on more tangible and concrete results.
“Tomorrow we will start visiting the retreat of the state and the leaders, and hopefully all events will go smoothly according to what is planned,” concluded Sugiono.
