Bantul (Antara) – Indonesian cooperatives (Menkop) Budi Arie Setiadi said that all notaries found throughout Indonesia can publish a deed of setting up a village cooperative for villages or Kelurahan that have met the requirements for the formation of the Kopdens.
“I have withheld the minister of the law, and all notaries can publish a headdress,” said Menkop at the Kopdes/Kel Red and White Soft Launching event, in Srimulyo Village, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, Sunday.
Thus the Mercop, not only the notary manufacturer of the cooperative deed (NPAK) that could issue a certificate or headdes certificate, but all notaries can issue deeds to support the success of the formation of headdos in their region.
In fact, the Menkop, the government, said that all existing rules, including in the regions, should support the success of the formation of headdes or Kelurahan Merah Putih, as part of the power of the human economy.
“If you have to relax the rules if you have for the benefit of the community. Don’t let the rules brake,” he said.
Earlier, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law (Regional Office of Kemenkum) DIY had accelerated the establishment of cooperatives in all villages and villages in DIY through intensive cooperation with the Indonesian Notary Association (This) at the provincial and district/city level.
The cooperation is considered crucial because the notary plays an important role in the preparation of the act and the legality of cooperatives.
