Jakarta (Antara) – The Indonesian embassy (KBRI) in Tehran appealed to all Indonesian citizens in Iran to increase their vigilance after the Israeli attack on the land on Friday morning local time.
“Observing the development of dynamics in the region, the Indonesian embassy in Tehran appealed to all Indonesian people in the Islamic Republic of Iran to increase vigilance and to maintain the safety of themselves and families in carrying out daily activities,” according to the Indonesian embassy in Tehran on Friday.
In addition to increasing vigilance, Indonesian citizens are also encouraged to maintain communication and to inform their situation and exist at the Indonesian embassy in Tehran.
They are also advised to avoid the crowd of mass, vulnerable areas and to limit the movement to a minimum, as well as storing valuable goods and documents in a safe place.
Moreover, the Indonesian citizens in Iran are also advised to ensure that they have processed themselves into the Indonesian embassy in Tehran, and to investigate the development of local security situations by checking the mass media and official sources of information and always to obey the profession issued by the relevant authority.

In response to the incident, the Indonesian embassy in Tehran is currently establishing communication with Indonesian citizens in Iran to find out their disorders and safety.
Earlier, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jakarta said that he would take an answer to Israeli attacks on its country and all UN member states, in particular regional countries, Islamic countries, members of the non-lines movement and others, to contribute to Iran’s aggression against Iran.
In response, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Sugiono condemned the Israeli attack on Iran and appealed to all parties involved in order not to refrain from aggravating the situation.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs hopes that a worse situation will not take place after the attack, while the Indonesian Foreign Ministry will follow the development of the situation.
