Elon Musk, the president of Tesla and SpaceX, indicated this Friday to Twitter that puts an end to the agreement reached with the management of the company to buy it, because of “misleading” information about the company.
In a letter published by the US stock market authorities (SEC), the lawyers of Musk ensure that Twitter did not respect their obligations in the acquisition agreement for $ 44,000 million – not, not according to the letter – all information that is requested about the number of false accounts on the platform.
“Mr. Musk exerts the right to terminate the acquisition agreement and give up the transaction,” his lawyers said in a letter to the social network, a copy of which was sent to the SEC.
