The month of September brings the return to the routine to many families and the end of the holiday in some cases means implementing reforms that are parked during the summer months.

Take advantage of the return to ‘Cole’, Adi Tarko, founder of Houzz, and her husband launched Sketch, a new tool with which his users can redesign their houses faster. “People use it to collaborate in different ways with other users involved in their project, from taking drawings in the photo to indicate interest areas, to create inspiration compositions or test it with the ranking of furniture on planting plans,” explains Adi Tarko.

After a bad experience in a reform at home, ADI and her husband Alon Cohen decided to do a professional adventure and launched Houzz. “We thought it would be useful to contact us via an online platform with owners such as we with professionals in the design sector and residential innovation,” he says.

With the help of friends and designers in San Francisco (the United States), the first successes came from Houzz, which now “pass on more than 40 million unique users per month and more than 1.3 million housing professionals worldwide who participate worldwide and actively collaborate,” says the founder of the platform.

A few months ago, Google announced that Houzzo was the best Android app at the Google Play Awards. The app offers users all the tools they need to improve their home from start to finish, they are already reforming a room or building an adapted house. Whether they have or rent a house in real estate, the individuals can find inspiration, receive advice from the largest internet community that is exclusively aimed at residential design, explore products, hire household professionals and manage their housing projects from start to finish.

“Houzz users find everything they need on the platform, of inspiring articles that are written by professionals, to service providers they can hire, as well as products and materials to carry out their projects. When using the Houzz platform, users can easily collaborate with other members of the community, and with everyone involved in their project, both professionals and family, adopts.

The Houzz community in Spain has been multiplied by five since the launch in May 2015 and now has around 20,000 professionals who communicate with 40 million users worldwide.

At the global level, Houzz has more than 40 million monthly unique users, of which 90% of which are housing, and more than 1.3 million professionals in the extension and design of the house active in more than 60 categories, including architects, interior designers or contractors.
