If we look at refueling and autonomy, the hydrogen car has important advantages compared to the battery. The fuel loading time is the same as that of a petrol board, while for those of batteries we talk about loading times between 30 minutes and 4 hours. Autonomy is comparable or larger than that of conventional vehicles and surpasses a lot, compared to those of battery cars. The first discomfort is the limited number of service stations. The second, due to production and transport costs, the price per kilometer of hydrogen is higher than that of the rest of fuels. With regard to the risks, hydrogen is used safely in the industry. Refineries, large consumers, for example, use hydrogen as raw oil processing gas.

The inconvenience will gradually decrease in the coming years. There are data that indicates that the vehicle production price is reduced by half with large -scale productions. In addition, high -pressure hydrogen storage tanks are replaced by normal pressure storage in nanoporos that are composed of materials. Hydrogen production and transport will be reduced. It could even occur at the gas station.
