Jakarta (Antara) – President Prabowo Subianto opened the exhibition of the most important weapon system (Defense Equipment) and security defense equipment Indo Defense, Indo Marine and Indo Aerospace on Jiexpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Wednesday.
“By saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, I am Prabowo Subianto, president of the Republic of Indonesia, on Wednesday morning 11 June 2025, hereby officially the Indo Defense Expo & Forum 2025,” said President Prabowo during the opening ceremony of Indo Defense.

In his comments during the opening ceremony, President Pabowo explained that the Indo Defense Exhibition and Forum became a forum for all groups to follow the development of technology and science in the field of defense.

Some pavilions visited by President Pabowo and his entourage, including the Turkish defense industry Pavilion, the Defense ID Pavilion and different cobbler US and the French Defense industry.
President Pabowo, on the sidelines of assessing the exhibition area, also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOU) in collaboration between the Indonesian defense industry and the defense industry of various friendly countries. Indo Defense was held on 11-14 June 2025 in Jiexpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, attended by 1,180 companies from 55 countries. Some countries build their own pavilions to show the benefits of their defense industry, for example Türkiye, the United States and France.
