Jakarta (Antara) – The Indonesian national team captain Jay Idzes apologized to the entire community of the country after Garuda the third round of the World Cup qualifications of 2026 closed with Japan 0-6 slaughtered in Suita Stadium, Osaka, Tuesday.
“I want to apologize to all people of Indonesia,” Idzes wrote in his Instagram account Upload on Wednesday.
The six Japanese goals were scored by Daichi Kamada, Takefusa Kubo, Roya Morishita, Shuto Machino and Mao Hosoya.
Japan is also very dominant with 71 percent of the ball, and 22 opportunities 10 of them are on goal.
Japan’s dominance does not enable Indonesia to do anything, even more defeat if goalkeeper Emil Audero does not make four brilliant salvation.

The 25 -year -old defender asked supporters to be patient, waiting for the Garuda team process that is now being built by Patrick Kluivert and his colleagues.
“As a team, we must have the best supporters in the world. We need your patience. Keep supporting ourselves so that we can continue this trip to the quantity,” he added.
Indonesia plays in the fourth round of the qualifying round in October with the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iraq, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
