Hanno Renner is at the head of this company. His professional career starts on board a yacht. “It was fun, but I had many responsibilities with the crew and tourists,” Renner emphasizes this newspaper. “Actually, it was quite a student -task to make money and pay my training university of Munich.”

According to their figures, seven out of ten small and medium -sized Spanish companies have not digitized their human resources processes. “In Spain it is potentially huge,” he adds.
HR in the cloud
The rise of SARS-COV-2 has a boost of technology in companies and a boost for the implementation of software in processes such as Human Resources. “We believe that there is a change in the role of HR professionals,” explains Renner.
