Researchers see that (these two governors) have something to do with the process of dealing with matters related to the purchase of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga
JAKARTA (Antara) – The office of the Procurer General (ago) seized two fields of land that is owned by PT Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM) with regard to cases of alleged corruption in crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Contractor Contractors.

The two national sectors are located in the village of Lebak Gede, the Pulomerak district, Cilegon City, Banten.
Harli said that the first seized country had an area of 31,921 square meters with building user law certificate (SHGB) numbered 119 on behalf of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.

The second country that was seized had an area of 190,694 square meters with SHGB numbered 32 on behalf of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
The former Kajati West -Papua said that there were different tanks and buildings on the second country, namely:
– 5 tank capacity of 24,400 kilols
– 3 tank capacity of 20,200 kilols
– 4 tank capacity of 12,600 kilols
– 7 Tank capacity of 7,400 kilols
– 2 tank capacity of 7,000 kilols
– Steiger 1 Max Relocation 133,000 MT
– Scaffolding 2 Max Relocation 20,000 MT
– Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) Numbered 342414.
“Researchers see that (two universal fields) have to do with the process of dealing with the purchase of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga,” Harli said.
To guarantee the continuity of refinery operations, he said, the AGO left it to PT Ptamina Patra Niaga to be managed.

For information, in this case, PT Orbit Terminal Merak is a company that is owned by two suspects, namely the suspect Muhammad Kerry Anrianto Riza (Mkar) Elaboration PT –navigator Khatulistiwa and belonging to the suspect TRAMADHAN JOUDO (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
It is known, the AGO has mentioned nine suspects in this alleged corruption case.
The nine suspects are Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) Kusmaya (MK) as the director of marketing of the central and trade of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Another suspect, Edward Corne (EC) as VP -Handeling activities of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga., Muhammad Kerry Anrianto Riza (Mkar) as Elaboration PT -Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Wearrpati (DW) as Commissioner of PT -Navigator Khatulistiwa and Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Judo (Grj) as Commissioner of Pt Terggala Merak.
