This selection opens no less than 1,554 formation of the functional position of the first expert teacher to be placed in the human schools
Jakarta (Antara) – The Ministry of Social Affairs (Ministry of Social Affairs) is accelerating the preparation of the organization of the human schools by starting the teacher’s recruitment process from today.
Secretary -General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Social Affairs Robben Rico explained that the most important requirement to follow this selection was a certificate of professional education for teachers (PPG).
“To satisfy the learning process at the human school, we both know of course, teachers are needed. As a phase of the appointment of the teacher, there is a need for selection of potential teachers. The future teacher is a PPG graduated by the Ministry of Education and the Center,” said Secretary -General of Robben.
With regard to this selection, he said, the opening of no less than 1,554 formation of the functional position of the first expert teacher to be placed later in the human schools spread over the first 100 locations of the implementation.
The selection process follows the presidential instruction (Inpres) number 8 of 2025 with regard to optimizing the implementation of poverty and extreme poverty elimination, one of its strategies through the development of human schools.

That is why the selection process of teachers is carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs through Cross Ministerial Cooperation, namely the Ministry of Elementary and Sundial Education (Kemendikdasmen), the Ministry of Administrative Reform and bureaucracy reform (Kemenpan RB) and the State Personeel Agency (BKN).
He emphasized that the purchasing was carried out transparent and free or for free.
“Furthermore, we will do extra selection to get the best teachers who train and monitor children in this human school. Certainly, the Ministry of Social Affairs will help the extra selection process,” he added.
In connection with the opening of the teacher’s vacancies, the Ministry of Social Affairs also invited the broadest opportunity for PPG graduates to participate.
The PPG graduates who can participate in the selection are graduates who participated in a series of PPPK ASN selections in 2024.

Later Robben explained that teachers who have passed on the selection to become teachers in the field of public school would be appointed as the state apparatus (ASN) of government employees with functional work agreements (PPPK JF) under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
They receive basic salaries, professional allowances from teachers, performance devices and special training as teachers’ school teachers.
All chosen teachers in the field of public school must implement ASN discipline in accordance with the rules in the Ministry of Social Affairs and to perform the learning process according to the established curriculum.
Although the most important requirement is that they are willing to be placed in human schools in all regions of the Republic of Indonesia and are willing to perform additional tasks established by the Ministry of Social Affairs.
“For this reason I invite all PPG graduates to participate in this occasion. Of course, to support this program, synergy together from all agencies involved is needed,” said Robben.
