The requirements were driven by the public prosecutor because the actions of Indra were considered not to support the government’s program in eradicating corruption, his actions did not provide recognized and complicated information.

Then the suspect Saut Irianto Rajagukkk for 6 years in prison, a fine of RP. 300 million in 6 months imprisonment and a replacement money from RP2.4 billion in 3 years in prison
Finally, the defendant EKO Wardoyo was demanded 6 years in prison, a fine of RP300 million in 6 months imprisonment and a replacement money from RP2.4 billion in 3 years in prison.
In The Indictment Spoken on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, The prosecutor revealed that this corruption was allegedly carried out to enrich the president director of PT Totalindo Eka Persada (Tep) TBK Donald Sihomber and Form21.69 REPORT FOR RP21.69 WORTH RP3 BILLION.
